These terms cover your use of plainsecretsanta.com (the "Site"), operated by Plain Secret Santa ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The Secret Santa generator and the White Elephant turn-order generator are free and run in your browser. They're meant for fun. We can't promise a draw fits every group's rules, so check your names and exclusions before you send links.
The Holiday Pack is a digital download. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. After you pay, you get a private download link that works for 24 hours, so save your files right away. The files are for personal, family, classroom and workplace-party use. Please don't resell, share or re-upload them.
Refunds: because the files are delivered instantly, all sales of digital downloads are final. If a file is broken or won't open, email us and we'll fix or replace it. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
The Site and files are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid.
We show ads from Google AdSense, and Google may use cookies to serve them. We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, may keep standard request logs for security. We link to sites we don't control, including our sister site Plain Printables, and aren't responsible for their content. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
